Shipping FAQ

We fulfill orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our store.Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out. Most times, orders ship the same day we receive them! We offer a few shipping options for both domestic and international customers, including low-cost and expedited. We also offer a pick-up option for our local customers who want to save on shipping costs.

Shipping is $5 Flat Rate for under $50, over $50 is FREE in the Continental US. 

2 Day Shipping
All 2 Business Days orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. ET will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. 2 Business Days orders confirmed after 2:00 p.m. ET will be processed the following business day. Second Day Air orders placed on Friday after 2:00 p.m. ET will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays). Cost is $17.
2 Business Days is available for Alaska and Hawaii.

Overnight Shipping
Southern Chique Boutique ship orders placed with 1 Business Day must be confirmed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 2:00 p.m. ET. Credit card authorization and address verification must be obtained prior to shipping. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Cost is $34.
1 Business Day is not available for Alaska or Hawaii

International Shipping

Canada


We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and do not collect any taxes or customs fees. The customer is responsible for any and all international duties, customs, and taxes or any other related charges. Please check with your local post office ahead of time regarding any fees associated with receiving your package before you place an order!

Pick Up In Store

Orders will be processed in 1 business day to complete your order! You’ll receive an email notification as soon as it’s ready for you to pick up!

Returns FAQ

Items purchased online/ In-store can ONLY be returned within 5 business days after it is received. For examples, if you receive an item on Friday, you have to the following Friday to ship the item back to
Southern Chique Boutique.
Please contact us with the reason and send uploaded photos of returns to customerservice@southernchiqueboutique.com

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund. Please complete the Damaged or Defective Item form for a return. Please send uploaded defective photos to customerservice@southernchiqueboutique.com
